1. Producer Credit (Mandatory)

The purchaser agrees to provide full and visible credit to the producer on all commercial releases and promotional materials.

Required Credit Format:

“Produced by [AJAYRELOADED]”

Credits must be included in:

• Streaming platform metadata (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Album/track descriptions
• Digital or physical liner notes
• Promotional materials when applicable

2. Royalty & Revenue Splits

Purchasing a beat for commercial use does not transfer publishing rights to the buyer. The producer retains ownership of the original composition and is entitled to a share of revenue generated from monetized releases.

All publishing, royalty, and revenue splits must be negotiated directly with the producer prior to release.

Failure to negotiate splits before commercial release may result in takedown requests or legal action.

3. Exclusivity Requests

A standard commercial license does not include exclusive rights.

Artists seeking exclusivity must request it directly via email before release or distribution. Exclusive rights may require:

• Higher licensing fees
• Modified royalty terms
• A written and signed agreement
